It is a legal commitment: every period, exclusion and remedy below must be reviewed, edited to match what Cobra actually does, and signed off before it goes live.

Coverage

Cobra Pickleball warrants its paddles against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when purchased from Cobra Pickleball or an authorized retailer. Bags, drinkware, headwear and accessories are warranted for ninety (90) days from purchase.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What is covered

Delamination of the paddle face from the core. Core separation or crushing not caused by impact. Edge guard separating under normal play. Handle or grip components failing under normal use. Manufacturing flaws in stitching, zippers or hardware on bags.

What is not covered

Normal wear, including the gradual smoothing of the textured surface, which is expected with use and is not a defect. Cosmetic marks, scratches, scuffs and fading. Damage from impact with the ground, fencing, posts, other paddles or players. Damage from extreme heat or cold, including paddles left in vehicles. Water damage beyond normal play conditions. Any modification, repair or added weighting not performed by Cobra. Paddles used for commercial rental, demo programs or instruction. Products bought from unauthorized resellers or acquired secondhand.

How to make a claim

Contact Cobra Pickleball with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the defect and the full front and back of the product. Claims are typically reviewed within five business days.

Remedy

If a claim is approved, Cobra will repair or replace the product with the same model, or with a comparable model of equal value if the original is unavailable. If no comparable product exists, Cobra may issue store credit. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty.

The customer pays shipping to return the product for inspection. Cobra pays return shipping on approved claims within the United States.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Cobra Pickleball is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost play time, tournament entry fees or travel costs. Some states do not allow such exclusions, so this limitation may not apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and other rights may apply depending on the state.
